ebay: Dont play around? [The 4th day....]

To be frank, I’m not really sure what type of transaction and what kind of defect complained by the litigant customer since initially, what I’m rather concerns were the reasons behind the telephone call. It has something to do with an online transaction via ebay to which the so called relative currently seeking for legal advice  is  the party at fault following some defects seems to be on the item purchased by the litigant customer rather than the defects on the whole transaction progress (though the latter may perhaps be a contributing factor). Money has been refunded to the customer in exchange for the return of the defective item but it seems like nowadays customers purchase more than merely the goods when they involves in the transaction – they also purchase the promise and the goodwill which came along with the product. Following several issuance of notices from ebay stating to the effect that the so called relative had breached the terms and conditions, and ebay’s marketing policies which give rise to account suspension and removal of the relevant advertisement, he can no longer exercised the same mode of ignorant after being served by a summon from other customer from Singapore who has been certified by ebay as aggrieved party to the transaction. It seems like ebay is serious when they made the assurance that the interest of both the seller and the purchasing public  at large is highly secured and protected.
The past three day of my holiday has evidenced some deterioration of effort in fulfilling what I have targeted coz I had to be flexible in weighting the gain and the loss between “raya mood” and “assignment and tests mode”. Too little gained, so I got to do something extra for today’s part. :)

Hello again... it is 3 a.m in the morning and I had the courage to update by blog following the successful stories of today achievements (big smile). First day in my hometown is not that bad. While other may argue that holiday means holiday, I had firmly determined that this mid-semester break gonna be the golden opportunity for me to reconcile everything that I missed along the way while finishing the notes and other tasks. So far I have finished my family law assignment and family law notes for divorce. I guess tomorrow will be the day for law of association. I got additional assignment for law of association and its test immediately after the mid-semester break. The rest of the day will be the time for preparing the notes for duties of director and remedies. I had targeted my mission already coz I wanna see what I have achieved and how far I have went through starting from the first day when I arrived until the last second before my Aidilfitri prayers. There are rewards wanting for me after the Aidilfitri prayers: Lemang, Ketupat, Rendang and Semperit (big smile).

p/s: Enjoys the ending part of Ramadhan by appreciating the remaining free time available and ibadah as much as possible before the emergence of busy life and hectic schedule after raya...
